Most families would be lost after experiencing the painful loss of a house fire. While some items may be difficult to replace, many are impossible, such as family pictures and important keepsakes. This Phoenix Program recipient overcame this horrible tragedy only to run directly into another. After working incredibly hard to regain some degree of normalcy after the fire which consumed his family's house, a laptop full of his daughter's schoolwork was burglarized from their new home.

After hearing about this situation through a contact at Time Warner Telecom in Seattle, we were able to furnish a Praece Phoenix Program laptop to replace the stolen computer. While we cannot begin to understand the travails this family has gone through in the last few years, we're happy to be able to help in this small way!
